Thank you for your interest in the HILTON cordless engine heaters. We believe that we have the finest engine heater on the market and we hope that you will agree with us.

The HILTON heater is cordless. This means that it will operate anywhere. It uses the vehicle electric system to activate the catalytic burner. Once the catalyst is hot, the heater has no further need for electric power other than a few milli-amps to activate the switches.

The catalytic burning of propane vapors is flameless combustion. This is about as safe as you can get. The heater uses a mere 5.4 ounces of propane per hour. A 20# cylinder of propane will last approximately 60 hours.

Our standard heater produces 6,500 BTU per hour and is adequet for engine heating. Our B SERIES heater produces about 2 1/2 times more heat and is ideal for applications where additional heat is needed to heat the fuel or bunk area. Both models are available in either 12 volt or 24 volt configuration.

We recommend that our heater be turned on when the engine is shut down. This will ensure that the engine is kept warm so that there is proper lubrication when started.
